Our challenge for the next two weeks stems from this passage in Matthew 6: “Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” The challenge has three parts:
1) Choose to be where you are, and be grateful.
2) Practice the prayer of release.
3) Have at least a few experiences where you can say “There is no place I’d rather be, nobody I’d rather be with, and nothing else I’d rather be doing than what I’m doing right now.”
