This challenge has 2 parts:
- Identify and become aware of your triggers (things that cause you to stumble) – What are the things that cause you to sin? Is it the people you are around or staying up too late? Become aware of these things.
- Prepare a plan of action before your triggers occur. Decide what you will do when you are confronted with your trigger – Prepare for what you will do when you encounter your triggers. For example, because I know that staying up late causes me to stumble, then I will consciously choose to go to bed early instead of leaving myself susceptible to temptation.
